Q: Where is my tracking number?

A: Tracking number confirmations are emailed when your order has been shipped. Please verify all email inboxes, including junk, spam etc to track your parcel. Look for an email from the sender name: Simply Natural and the email will be sent from: info@simplynatural.ca.

Q: Are specks in the products normal?

A: Yes! Specks come from the herbal, botanical and sea weed extracts. We make our extracts by hand. They are cold extracted (the Ayurvedic way), which keeps the healing properties. They are then is hand strained, meaning little specks sometimes remain the extracts. So when you open up your jar of cream and you notice some “specks”, they are part of the botanical, herbal or sea weed extract and are completely natural and normal occurring in handmade, natural skincare.

Q: Are the products safe for children?

A: Yes! All of the ingredients in our products are safe, natural and mostly plant based. Therefore, they are very safe for people of all ages.

Q: What is the shelf life of the products?

A: The shelf life of our products are 6 months, stored in a cool, dry place. The products are made in small batches insuring only the freshest product. If you want to extent the shelf life of the products, keep them in the fridge, they can usually last up to one full year in the fridge.
